REI return policy change

Quite a few of us buy geocaching items or GPSr units at REI. You should be aware that as of June the return policy changed from lifetime to one year.

Not sure about you but I know I can buy EVERYTHING cheaper elsewhere.

Wow, I have heard many people brag about REI’s return policy. Now that they don’t have this, I’m not sure they’re going to get the same business. Thanks for the heads up.

Too bad. This is understandable, however. There are always people who will try to take advantage of anything. I suppose I should have taken my GPS back to REI instead of sending it to Garmin under warranty, but I’m still happy with my unit, so no worries.
