    hmmm now i know who I prefer to go caching with in bear country…. how good are you guys at targeting wood ticks???

    (sorry, couldn’t resist…. ignore me and continue on 🙂 lol)

    That all depends on range (i.e. distance) and concentration.

    Short range – I can probably get a whole bunch at one time with the shotgun.
    Medium range – I can smoke out a bunch using the muzzleloader.
    Long range – I can probably hit a specific one at 100 yards with the rifle.

    I have heard of a mouse gun but never a tick gun. Lets see, wouldn’t your skin be the backstop?
