Well, it appears that Stacy has directed me to her last cache, and has went to a place where she will be granted her wings!

Those of you who have seen Stacy know that she has been getting up in age, and was not aging well. She was starting to get rough around the edges, and some parts of her were even non-existent.

Well On a caching trip today, she was hugging me closely around the Neck, on Her lanyard. All was well. was walking up up and down hills, and she decided to fall from her comfy confines, just as I was picking up my Foot. She managed to land squarely as I was picking up my foot, and took a trip on the Big Toe Airlines for about 6-8 Feet. She nestled with a thud into a pile of rocks.

The injuries appear to be fatal, however she has lived a good Life.

The Wake will be in the Very near future, with burial to follow as a new cache container.

RIP Old Girl! You will be Sincerely Missed!

I don’t think we ever met Stacy. It seems you two were very close. Everyone in TBC mourns your loss.

Let me be the first to offer you condolences over your loss.

Don’t wait too long to strike up a new relationship. I’m sure Stacy would have wanted you to do this.

I have met Stacey, I even held her in my hand. I will miss the way she beeped when I played with the little springy thing that sticks out of where her antenna cover used to be. Or the way she helped lead me to my 800th and 1000th finds. Sniff Sniff.

Let me tell you Justin that I may miss her just as much as you do.

You guys are all Family. Thanks. It will help me get through this tough time in my life.

A new Girl can Take Stacy’s Place, but she will never be forgotten.

I suspect you’re already thinking what I’m thinking- color tattoo of Stacy around your neck. Then, she’ll always be there: forever looking for satellites…

or even better, have ‘er tattooed with the compass screen but leave off the arrow. Then, every week you could sharpie yourself a new direction!

It’s about time you got rid of her, and found a new girlfriend who will provide for your needs!!!!

Justin, I know how you feel. I lost my first love 2 weeks ago when all she could manage was a blank stare back at me. I chose to replace her with a mail-order bride and am know weel on the road to recovery.

… with burial to follow as a new cache container.

I hope she was a member of the organ donor program.
There are others that can user her batteries and lanyard and -sniff- map sets.
Then her memory can live on in their memory.
