has anyone gone on the fall color train ride from salte ste marie
if you did is there any caches along the way where the train stops

It looks like there is! Check out GCH558 …. Might be a great trip for DH and I to take this fall since we are planning a “kid free” weekend for the first time in 3 years. Thanks for the idea!

Hi,

Yes I have done the train ride to Agawa Canyon twice, both in the distant past. The train ride, as well as the beauty of the Canyon, are very memorable, and you will remember your trip for many years. Amazing place to visit.

I visited way prior to geocaching, but I see a cache has already been posted within the canyon.

Enjoy the Agawa Canyon train tour. We took the ride in August two years ago. There is one cache at the canyon where you stop and you should have plenty of time to find it and enjoy the scenery.

I’ve been trying to get a group up to the sault this year but it just hasn’t worked out. I’ve heard of this train a few times, maybe I can convince the wife to go now :>
