Shout out for volunteers

We already have had a few members volunteer to help us out for this event. Thank you!!! I’d like to put out an announcement in the next week or two asking for more volunteers for specific tasks. I think people will be more likely to volunteer for a job that may take an hour or two than for a just general helping out, which may put a damper in their caching/fun weekend. Can you all help me think of jobs to volunteer for? Here are some I can think of:

Pancake breakfast: servers, set-up and clean-up. (I think we have the cooking jobs and ticket taking covered)
CITO organization (that is still up in the air and hasn’t been planned yet)
Group activity volunteers (Once we know what our group activities are going to be)

Karen and Stephanie will be in there on Friday all day, I won’t arrive until very early Saturday morning as I will have to work Friday night until 11:00pm. I will be leaving straight from work and driving down.

Karen, Stephanie, and I can help with any fruit prep that is needed for the pancake breakfast. Karen also is willing to run the dutch oven cook off if we decide to that again this year.

Stephanie is looking forward to helping with shirt sales and volunteers to do that.

I can help out where ever is needed starting Saturday morning and the rest of the weekend.

Can you post an announcement to the Campout page. I have the rules from last yr’s event with me.

Also add something to the Annoucements if there is a Campout posting there somewhere or just make up a new one mentioning the Dutch Oven cookoff
