I was online today reading the reviews on a video game and ran across the review below. The user name in the thumb nail caught my eye, when I clicked on the complete review, I was even more surprised to see it was a northern neighbor. So besides the LCG, they play other games as well. (oh yeah, his other review was on a GPS; who would have guessed)

Fantastic game for the Wii, November 10, 2008

    Fun:
We have had this game for a few weeks now and it is nothing short of amazing. The fact that the blox and the characters all have different characteristics makes the game fun and challenging. We haven’t unlocked all of the levels yet, so there is still more to look forward to. An added bonus is the fact that you can create your own levels using the same blox and characters. My kids have been very creative in creating their own levels. I would highly recommend this game for the Wii.

Apparently there is another Wii owner here too.

Anyone else play World of Goo yet? Excellent game… Worth the points and space it takes up.

Never heard of it. But I did Defeat the Emporer in “The Force: Unleashed”

Funny… I bought the force unleashed and only played it for like an hour and got bored. It’s not as good as I was expecting and the 2 player duel mode is boring once both players master the controls.

World of goo is a wiiware game. I received a bunch of points for christmas 🙂 It’s 1500 points which is basically 15 bucks and it’s better and more addictive than most 50 dollar wii games I’ve purchased & rented.

I have to say, the only games that we continue to play over and over are madden football and wii sports (which our disk is sooo scratched it often doesnt work…) and I own a ton of wii games. Of course, we just got the wiiware version of Dr Mario and that seems to be a new favorite in the house.
