Let’s just say that should one choose to do the pages in the far northeastern corner of the Badger State right about now, bring snowshoes and don’t plan on high numbers. We worked for EVERY SINGLE ONE these past couple days. We did that same snowshoe one Timberline Echoes did across the swamp, it was awesome once our equipment failures were rectified, but there’d be no other way to do it sanely. Many caches were buried in at least two feet of heavy snow, often with a two inch layer of ice under that. Some we dug out, some….we just decided to get another trip, once we got to the spot….after trudging through snow thigh deep.
But we did it! We’re really close now, just waiting on that all-important Page 57 to make its appearance for the season.
I am going to try and get out there in the next week or so. Will let you guys know as soon as it comes out.
Thanks.
Justin
I guess i never noticed it before but there is a cache for page 57? 😯 What’s it called?

I loved finding this one last fall. The sign by the parking area itself was educational. Good Luck with your run! I still need lots of pages myself!
Yep, that is it. That is my cache. It will be Temporarily disabled for each winter, as it could be hazaradous with snow and ice.

It’s a memorable one, especially if there is a stiff breeze out of the east raising the surf…
