I know that Nashotah Park just west of Hartland has designated snowshoe trails… Does anyone know of more trails such as these? Waukesha/Washington counties…

Heritage Hills park is “closed” in the winter but, if I remember correctly you can still walk in…

We went out on the Ice Age Trail today. Marked well and enjoyed breaking our own trail…..saw noone and loved the tranquility. Check for a trail segment near you. Or any park trail that isn’t groomed for x-country.

Forget it! after using the blower for two+ hours in the 15 inches that covered my driveway…I don’t want snow shoes…I WANT THE SNOW TO GO AWAY!!!

If you don’t like snow you’re living in the wrong state. BTW, I was snowblowing my driveway at 6:30 this morning for 1.5 hours so the movers could get in. I still like snow.

you can walk into heritage hills, but you pretty much have to park on the road.

Hey Flushingrouse, The Ryan Property on KF would be good for that. You know the place. There is Chief O’Brien, Badger VOR and Toy Store back in there.

Very good!! And close to home. The Ryan land is a good hike any time of the year.. Thanks for the reminder..

Now, we need some more snow again..
