…who’s not at the campout besides me? I had to work today until 5, then by the time I would’ve been home then made the drive up there, it would’ve been pretty late. And we have a family obligation on Sunday, so it would’ve been a quick turnaround anyhow.
Besides, I would’ve had a hard time persuading Little Fishcacher to go.
Papa works this weekend so Little would’ve had to come with me. I think I ruined my chances at Little coming along when I dragged him all around Mackenzie at the picnic last August! Whoops!I hope everyone has nice weather to enjoy all over the state this weekend!

I’m home yet! Leaving at 6 in the AM.
We are home too with things to get done before leaving for Iowa and family obligations next week. Had a good day geocaching today though and may be able to get in a little more
tomorrow.Well, darn it, I have to go to Germany instead (and do some geocaching!)
We made the decision to not go several months ago … we knew we’d want some “down time” after I spent several months of what would have been “family time” planning the April 30th event.
However, we are planning on spending the entire afternoon/evening today, taking a “newbie” family out … we’ve been trying to get schedules to work out for about 3 months … they are “power hikers” and I’ve had to plan a schedule of some semi-hard terrain choices for them.
We’re not there either. Too many projects around the house that needed attention today. Well, at least their done now.
On the bright side, now we are heading out to find some hiding spots for the event we are hosting in July. Not a total loss of a nice day.

We had an obligation on Saturday so were unable to make it. But we had a great day today in that we found the very difficult hotel and spa 9.0. (Almost had another DNF but C saves the day). Maybe next year and hopefully we’ll see everyone at the picnic this year.
Professor was in Kansas Wed.-Sat. so when he got back Sat..he planted 2 caches and then 3 more on Sunday. Tami
