Oh brother……

This is supposed to be due to large magnetic rocks moved here from Canada by the last glaciers.
Jeremy as a kid you didn’t play around these rocks, did you??
❓
Just wondering.. 😆
This was a great idea for a temp cache! I recognized the tone right away from previous research, very obscure trivia another radio “geek” knew about. Very “lost”ish. In fact, another variation with a French woman’s voice would be cool to do.
I hope you folks didn’t mind me pulling your leg a little bit. I had the idea for the numbers station cache, and needed a way to share the history. There wasn’t room in the cache booklet for any explanation.
For those who didn’t attend. The “Lincolnshire Poacher” cache was a Numbers Station on a FRS radio channel. The song and numbers played at the top and bottom of the hour.
A special thanks goes out to Flushingrouse for his help, even though he couldn’t attend. Bill created the Lincolnshire Poacher sound file. Worked perrrrrfect 🙂
well dang..I bought into it… I did start wondering how I could do that here at home for a cache though…
