Contrats to my geo-relatives, Sparse Grey Hackle & Blondie Bloodhound for making the trek south and nabbing the DeLorme final! Sounds like they have more geo-stories to add to their repertoire too. (That should make for fun conversations on our next trip. :D)
Being the ever-challenged group that they are, they now have their collective eyes set on The Badger State Challenge.
Keep up the good work you two! Remember, penmanship DOES count! 😆
06/10/2009 at 3:52 pm #1909456FINALLY! Congrats, Robb and Sue! Enjoyable log as well, as always. Well done!
06/10/2009 at 4:03 pm #1909457Congratulations on finally finishing the deed! It’s quite a ride, isn’t it?

06/10/2009 at 6:09 pm #1909460Congratulations on accomplishing the big challenge. You must have a great feeling of accomplishment. By the time I’m within reach, it will probably be archived. WTG!

TE06/11/2009 at 2:15 am #1909464Congratulations, you two! We remember when you finished all the pages last fall, but never heard about you getting the final. Now we have, and it sound like you had a great time doing it! Again, congrats!
06/17/2009 at 3:21 am #1909465Hey, way to go, and what better team than Sparse and Blondie! 😀 And, I agree; it is always delightful to read your well composed posts rather than some of the well composted posts of other hosts. Sparse Grey Hackle and Blondie Bloodhound exemplify the spirit of geocaching. With a motto of “Safety is No Accident” a mission statement of “There is no “I” in TEAM”, and a creedo of “Penmanship Counts!”, they add that little bit of je ne sais quoi and a whole lot of FUN to every find. I have been honored to accompany them on a few of the pages of that map. Today, Wisconsin, tomorrow – the WORLD! Or, at least the sovereign state of Winneconne. Cache on! -refelo
