Bleck…after a recent post we went to check and sure enough it was gone…but the plunderers we kind enough to throw the bags that we had left in the cache (To pick up trash)on the the ground…how thoughtful. We have only placed two and to have one plundered was heartbreaking!!! Why do people do things like this??? We will be making this one a mico or virual in the future as we love the veiw from this park…definately a place to vist. Thanks to all that did visit! And thanks to everyone that places caches that allow for us to have fun with this great sport-our hopes that no one else has to have one plundered! It really does stink!!!

There are all kinds of people in the world and our paths will occasionally cross with the bottom dwellers. Please don’t let this experience dampen your spirit. Your paths have also crossed a dozen of those who appreciate your efforts. Yes, it is unfortunate that your cache is no longer there for the scores that might have also enjoyed the view, the hunt, the cache. And, we all feel the pain caused by those so inconsiderate [expletive deleted] who would ruin the fun for others and interfere with our efforts to clean up the trash they continue to dump on our landscape.
Cache on, and ignore the ignorant.

I suggest that you consider redoing the cache as a members only cache. I think plundered caches are either found by passerbys or hunted down by someone intentionally but likely not a member of http://www.geocaching.com.
I’ve had one cache taken and one relocated to the point that I didn’t find it, but another cacher did. So, I understand your disappointment.
