I like the book and the scorecard as separate items. If it is incorporated on the inside front/back cover, the removal of the gamecard would render the rest of the book a mess unless you rip the staples through the gamecard.
With 3 geokids, I appreciate a separate card for them to hang onto and stamp while the Mrs. gets to read and utilize the book. We do use a paperless GPS and we still read the book mroe than the data on the GPS.
