Stores in Appleton area that sell Gamin maps? – Wisconsin Geocaching Association

I have checked with Best Buy, Circuit City, American, and Wall-mart for Garmin’s Mapsource: City Navigator Version 7, but can’t seem to locate it anywhere. Anyone have any sugestions where I can buy it from a Store in the Appleton-Green Bay-Oshkosh-Fon Du Lac area’s?

Do you have a Gander Mountain or other sporting goods type store? They should have it.

Just checked Gander Mnt, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Scheels, still no luck.

Supporting local merchants is a great idea. You could call Garmin Customer service 1-800-800-1020 to ask if any dealer in your area has (or can order) what you need.

-or- search for a vendor on the internet that can fill your needs.

Assuming you don’t mind getting it at a discount, here is a link on to a listing on Ebay for $109 on the “Buy it now” program. List is just under $140. If you don’t like this one, there are others, but this was the cheapest with a buy it now still available.

Yea, I have been watching EBay also, but most of those there, have only 1 unlock left, such as the one you posted. I didn’t want to order the Map online, but from the lack of stores that actually carry the mapsource products in my area, looks like I might have to. The Cheapest I have found online, for a Brand New, Unopened, 2 unlock keys, has been about $119 not including Shipping. Thanks for the info.

I’ve seen this at Sportsmen’s Warehouse in Depere, they carry a good line of Garmin.

Thanks, I gave them a phone call, and the person I was talking to must of not seen them, cause he told me they didn’t have it. Guess, I’ll have to head up there on a Cache run and check it out.

That info would be good just in case anyone else is wondering.

I gave up trying to buy locally and ordered “City Navigator” online a few hours ago. Thanks to everyone that posted.
