this might help a little bit..
04/08/2009 at 11:38 am #1905347What about the pink elephant in Madison? There’s a cache for that one…
04/08/2009 at 2:01 pm #1905348Yup, the pink elephant is on the list, and G*Force, I did figure out which one you meant. Trekkin’ was doing others up there with drhaas, and because they didn’t include virtuals in the PQ, didn’t know about that one. He looked at that stuff for sure, saw the key item, but couldn’t remember the direction.
We don’t filter anything out of our PQs. You just never know!
04/08/2009 at 7:18 pm #1905349Last I checked, there were a couple near the World’s only pulpwood stacker in Cornell. Not sure if it’s in any books, but it’s pretty weird!

On our trips to Marshfield and Three Lakes we used to have to wake up the kids as we drove by. They would get real disappointed and some times mad if they didn’t get to see the dinosaur. We always wanted to stop but never did.
04/09/2009 at 12:46 pm #1905354I’ve seen the Rhinelapus in a couple of those weird books.

I know that this is in the book but it is on private property so GC would not allow it. ____ In A Tree
Hmmm. See it belongs to Rogheff.
Actually, if you get permission , a cache can be on private property.
In a very old thread somewhere, a comment was made that perhaps 80% of all geocaches (GC) out there probably should have permission. Maybe 10% do.
