Congratulations to this new caching team!
#1 cache on Christmas day. Welcome to the cult…ah…club….ah…….
And they have posted their milestone already!
12/26/2007 at 6:54 pm #1882686Congrats!
12/26/2007 at 7:19 pm #1882687What a great way to start! Congratulations! Hope to meet you along the trails and share a few caches with you!
12/26/2007 at 7:49 pm #1882688Congratulations! Geocaching… It’s not a hobby, it’s a lifestyle choice 😆 .

It is only a choice up to a point. After that, it is an addiction.
12/27/2007 at 8:51 am #1882690Congrats on your first find! It’s all down hill from here…seriously, hope you manage to keep going, even through the winter months (actually, winter can be a great time to geocache, provided you bundle up and pick normal-sized local caches that other folks seem to be finding.)
01/03/2008 at 3:00 pm #1882691Wow, I didnt see this post until today. Thanks for the gratz everyone.
MikeB, wish I’d had that tip on “normal-sized” caches a few days ago. We have been trying to hit all the local caches whenever we have a spare hour of daylight, but a few have eluded us because they are micros.
But that isn’t stopping us.. No Way!
I am truly addicted and glad to be part of the cult…err.. umm.. club. I tell everyone about geocaching, I spend at about a half hour a day on gc.com looking for and researching caches that are within the time and distance constraints that I have after getting home from work.
It is such an adventure, as well as great exercise. My husband and I could both stand to lose some weight and this is one way we plan on accomplishing that task.
Thanks all!01/04/2008 at 1:34 am #1882692We use to tell everyone too… but we think the medical clinics in our area have marked all our charts “Don’t let them start talking about Geocaching” so we have been trying to control who we tell.
😆
