Thank You to WGA and Volunteers

My family and I made it home in one piece last night. That last hour was rough with all the road construction and everyone in the car asleep, and me wanting to be. It’s amazing that one can be more sore in the morning after a good sleep than they were when they went to bed.

Anyway, I just wanted to express my thanks to the WGA and all of the volunteers that enabled us to have such a good time at the picnic yesterday.
You couldn’t beat the weather and the company. It was a great experience for our first WGA picnic and we already can’t wait for next years. Schedules allowing of course. Thanks again.

This was a very well run and organized event. As a lone cacher to the event, I felt welcomed and had a great time. There were plenty of activities planned to appeal to everyone. Many thanks for your time and efforts. THANK YOU.

Many thanks to all the organizers, temp hiders, and temp retrievers of this event. I know the effort it takes to run these events and I really appreciate all that was done by a few for the enjoyment of many. Wildcat is a beautiful park and it was great to enjoy my first visit with friends.

We wish to add our hearty thank-yous and attaboy/girls. We’ve attended a few events since we started caching a little over a year ago, but this was the first WGA event, and you guys really did a great job with it. We enjoyed hunting some of the temps in the morning, the lunchtime banter and most of all, meeting new folks and reconnecting with old friends.
The bingo game was a riot AND a great way to encourage a bit of storytelling, too!

A huge thank you to everyone involved in putting this together. It is no small feat. Sorry that I didn’t get to see everyone, but we were no where near our car at 5 pm, and as the slave driver I had to keep our group moving to find em all. We finally did at 7 pm.

😀 Super work to all the hiders. The clues helped big time due to poor reception in some areas. We also enjoyed finding the permanent caches as well. Congrats to the WGA board members who assisted in making this the best WGA picnic ever. Wish it was held in the summer (during summer vacation) so the rest of the family could have attended it? Thanks to all of those who went back to retrieve the caches. Looking forward to the next WGA sponsored event. Thanks for all the hugs I received! Tami
