Congratulations to the sandlanders as they have found their 800th cache. The find sounds as though it was somewhat bittersweet as it occurred at a cache that fits their favorite mold (sadowskifamily hikes), and they have nearly exhausted those hider’s particular caches. I bet they will find some others to keep them occupied though! 😀
Way to go Pat and Mark!

TE04/10/2010 at 1:12 pm #1927129So this is what you two have been up to.
All this time thought you were sitting home thinking up more devious hides.Congratulations on the #800 And I’m sure there many to follow.
04/10/2010 at 1:31 pm #1927130Congratuations on coming closer to having your find rate equal your forum post rate, Pat and Mark! Beautiful day to reach that goal, too.
04/10/2010 at 5:49 pm #1927131Congratulations on the #800 find. This was a nice choice. I have visited twice, first time back in Nov ’06 and a revisit for the LCG in July ’08
Sadowski’s do have a knack for placing caches in cool spots.

04/10/2010 at 8:52 pm #1927134Congrats on #800. It looks like you had fun.
04/11/2010 at 2:24 am #1927135Warm congrats on #800, Pat and Mark. I remember doing that one myself, seems so long ago in the fall colors of ’07. Great log and photos as usual. It’s good to see you getting into the full swing of spring! 8)
04/11/2010 at 3:16 am #1927136On quite the roll lately! Great looking cache…but where was the big money payout? 😉
Cache on!
04/11/2010 at 4:14 am #1927137Way to go on 800. I also love the long walk caches. This one looks like a great cache for a milestone. Nice log and pics.
04/11/2010 at 4:21 am #1927138Way to go! Congrats on 800.
04/11/2010 at 3:23 pm #1927139Congrats sandy’s!
04/13/2010 at 2:32 pm #1927140Thanks for all the notes on our find #800. As sadowskifamily hiking caches go, this wasn’t one of the longer ones, and we didn’t have to walk through wet areas, and no real elevation changes, so we don’t know why more people don’t look for it. Why did it take us 2.5 years and 799 caches before we tried it? Glad the cache was still there waiting for us. Most of these caches have withstood the test of time and are well worth visiting. And, Labrat, we signed the new log sheet you added a couple of years ago.
As for us… still finding, still posting, still making puzzle caches, still working on other caches to place, still working on other caches to find, still enjoying the game. And we don’t need a big money payout for that! 😉
