You know you’re REALLY lost when even the GPS gives up on you! LOL05/02/2005 at 4:19 pm #1750498Glad to hear that some of you made it out! Can’t wait to hear how your adventure compared with the rest of ours! Congrats to all of you!
MB05/02/2005 at 4:41 pm #1750499As soon as I recover a bit, I have the honors of posting on this cache. The team felt since I put all of them thru this grief, then I should have First Posting Honors. Hey…… and we actually manager acquire a few gray hairs as we attempted to capture some pics. I convinced a few to risk the life of their cameras, as well as mine, and I have a few pics coming in……..I hope. My Camera took quite the beating. When I got back to where a few of us were staying for a long weekend, HUbby said “What war zone did our camera go thru????
You know you’re REALLY lost when even the GPS gives up on you! LOL05/04/2005 at 3:27 pm #1750500I had a blast sending you guys off on your adventure… what great memories.. My bf Bill is a Eagle Scout and was prepared to assist if needed… we were lazy so we enjoyed the company of JThorson and Cachew/Wicket..and checked up on you guys via radio.. but it was so broken up that I only heard a few scrambled voices.. we would have tagged along but the weather was nasty (grins).. who’d have thought that May would bring snow our way..
Thank you again for such a great Memory..

Enjoy yourselves… BE careful and have a awesome time you’ll be able to talk about for a long time. If this wasn’t Hubby’s b-day this weekend, I’d come and join ya. Of course, I’d let you guys make all the desicions. I’d just enjoy the looooooong hike and the view and encourage everyone onward. I gotta say, I STILL have some sore spots!! I have not taken the dog for at all this week. Poor puppy is feeling neglected.

05/09/2005 at 2:36 pm #1750508Awwww.. I would have LOVED sending your group off.. but I’m sorry I was so busy this last weekend.. my home project (almost two long years in the making) is ALMOST done.. I’ve just finished planting over 300 perennials/shrubs and the last touches on the 900sq ft of decking I created… sore as heck but would have loved sharing another memory moment at my Gauntlet with your group…
