Yup, we here at the WGA are an accommodating bunch.

Anyone want to help scare up a couple more people for Sunday? Not a lot of response from locals except for Will and Rod who aren’t exactly GB locals.

I have the article in the Post Crescent that featured Curly Girls and Neonride and was thinking about printing up the drhass/jimandlinda article that was just published.

    Others ideas?

Will you be going to the preview on the 12th, Chris?

9 a.m. on the 12th won’t work for me. Too many others off at work for me to take off for this. If someone else want so go, let me know. I can also see about another time if possible. If there was a 3 pm-ish time,I could make that.

We’ll need at least 1that 6ft table. 3 may be good. Set up in a “U” shape either with us in the middle behind tables or in front whichever makes it easier to talk to people.

The WGA has been asked by Cabela’s to host an informational booth at their Grand Opening weekend for their new store in Green Bay.

We are looking for are any WGA members that would be interested in stopping by for an hour or two (or more if interested) to hang out with us and talk about geocaching and the WGA to those that stop by.

Saturday, July 27th and Sunday, July 28th.
      11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

      Cabela’s Green Bay
Lombardi Avenue next to Hwy 41
Booth should be in the parking lot by the Boat Shop

Stop by and visit or offer up some volunteer time. BOD members will be manning the booth and the more that show up in their WGA gear, the better off it will be.

Besides the WGA booth, there will be 17-18 different groups involved with the outside events that weekend. From Ducks Unlimited to the Wisconsin DNR, vendor trailers like Remington & Beretta, and a fire truck from the Village of Ashwaubenon there will be lots to see and do and that is just in the parking lot.

We anticipate very large crowds so please reply to this post or message a BOD member with your questions and Volunteer times.

      See you then!
