04/15/2009 at 3:14 pm #1905947Congrats to both of you on your new bundle of joy! 😀
04/15/2009 at 9:20 pm #1905948Very exciting! A thousand times more exciting than an FTF on a 5/5 cache! Caching doesn’t always get Linda out, but a newborn? She’ll push anyone out of the way to hold a newborn! We are very happy for you and the future adventures. 😀
04/15/2009 at 10:06 pm #1905949How exciting! Congrats. I just got on to talk about paruby’s excitement at Mission 9: Tunnel of Light (APE cache in WA), but this topic was more awesome. Enjoy her!
04/15/2009 at 11:20 pm #1905950Congratulations!

04/16/2009 at 3:53 am #1905954Congrats to zuma! and Wisconsin Robin from the whole Cat crew! Welcome Lauryn!
04/16/2009 at 5:16 am #1905955Thanks everyone for the congrats.
Lauryn was born 4/15/09 at 0311. Robin was in labor all day the previous day, ended up fully dilated and pushing hard for 75 minutes before the doctor saw that a C section was required. All is good now.
Lauryn and Robin are coming home on Saturday. Lauryn expects to attend the upcoming CITO event in Wausau on May 2, so you can meet her then. We will probably also briefly attend the KB event in Minneapolis on the 25th, though I am less sure if that is going to work out.
I took the last week off of caching, and expect to take another week off of caching, or so. There was a new cache published just a few miles a way while Robin was in labor, and she said I could go for it, but I knew if I did that I would be paying for it for a long time.
