The Third Annual Gibraltar Rock CITO and Potluck will be held on October 13th. This year the event will coincide with the Aging and Disability Resource Center Accessibility Event. This means that rides will be available to the top, the only time of the year that this is possible due to DNR regulations.

All ready to head down to Gibraltar for the CITO, but I am concerned about the weather reports for heavy rain and thunderstorms all day today. Wondering if it is feasible or even safe to go up there today? Anyone closer have any ideas?
