      is there a definite date and place for this years camp out set yet?

        Ballpark idea…

        We have attended the last 5 and the dates were: May, 16, 2003; May 14, 2004; May 21, 2005; May 13, 2006; May 19, 2007. One or two weeks before Memorial Day is the general rule.
