I do a little fly fishing and have tied a few….as opposed to tying a few ON, which I have also done. 🙂

More planning for my STL trip today.  I needed a new suitcase so I swung by ShopKo’s original location.  I found where they had the luggage and it was all marked down at 50% off!  After double checking Amtrak’s size limits, I found something that fits that and suits my needs, for the price of $69.99.  After getting the thing home, I also found out it has a compartment for a laptop, that’ll help cut down on carry on items right there.  I just did a test packing of the suitcase, and this one will be much easier than the duffle bag I was using up until last year.

FTP for Saturday the 5th.    Timing the Brule River View Loppet XC Ski race today.   Should be a great day for skiing.  Sunny and enough snow to cover the trail.    FAST snow conditions for sure.
