We have 3 built in for students. Teachers only have one. After that we have to make up the time by doing professional development time.

I think I’m going to go to work today. I can do most of what I need to from home, but I won’t have to make up the day if I go in.

I had not planned on going out quite this early ( -6) but I saw that one of my bird feeders was missing and wanted to find out how my defenses had been breached. I found the feeder in the craphas with seeds strewn about which indicated that an animal wasn’t involved, otherwise the seeds would have been gone.

Conclusion: The wind just blew the feeder off the shepherds hook and no animals were out in the night to take advantage of it. 🙂

[Trekkin and Birdin]

Our neighbor blew his snow right onto the side of our house last night, so Trekkin’ went out to clear it away, especially from that critical vent.  Like…literally a couple feet piled up the side of the house!  He’s a nice guy, but it seems like when something annoys him, he just….vents this way!  Maybe his kids were supposed to do it and they didn’t.  Who knows?  What’s kind of creepy to us is the fact he graduated from high school with our older son.  Really?  Our kids are that old?????

Thread stealers isn’t really the place for this, but I think the admins read here pretty regularly…Regarding the article about the changes to the board and adding a trustee, it says there is a poll to take, but I see no such poll.  I was logged in, if that matters to view the poll.

It should be right at the bottom of the article. It is just one yes/no question.
