School is cancelled for tomorrow. That makes 6 days this year, and we haven’t even gotten to the March ice storms yet.

Work called for a 2 hr late start in the morning before it even started snowing.  Snowing hard here.  Just started snowing when I left LaCrosse and roads were already crappy on the way home.  If it continues coming down at this rate, we won’t be going anywhere tomorrow.

Strange! Last year when we were gone February had little if any snow but we experienced 4 snowstorms after returning home, including the 30 incher in April. This year, there’s been major snow in February…hope that means March and April will welcome us back with none 🙂

These destructive little rodents are kind of fun to watch, the head pops up out of the snow and then a couple of seconds later it pops up again 10′ away. As long as he doesn’t pop up in your attic, that has been known to destroy more than a few homes and cottages. 🙁
