:ftp: page 1024. City came and squirted our street this morning but the ice has probably covered it to the point we can’t get up the street hill. Doesn’t matter, we were/are prepared to be confined to quarters AGAIN.
02/23/2019 at 10:27 am #2062408I don’t know if anyone else has seen the e-mail from GC . com, but there’s a new souvenir promotion coming up, they’re calling it the Cache Carnival. You get a bonus souvenir for attending an official Cache Creations event during the time period. I suspect that I’ll be getting that bonus souvenir, since I just submitted an event. More details forthcoming when the event is published, but save the date, March 28 in Green Bay.
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.
Where's George? Stimulating the economy one EMS'ed dollar at a time.
02/23/2019 at 10:45 am #2062409At an undisclosed location somewhere in Wisconsin for the WGA board meeting.
Maybe we can glean your location with a weather report from you. What’s that you say, crappy? Well, that was no help.
How is it by anyone else? Jim? (central) Linda? (NW) JimandLinda? (SE) Gwyn? (SW) Lurkers anywhere? In Fox West, we had snow, rain, and wind, but now have a lull.
Like CTQ, I will be hunkering down, accomplishing various projects. Or not.
02/23/2019 at 11:21 am #2062410Here East of Sandland we have been getting a very light mist all morning. It is now getting a bit heavier but the temp. has also risen above freezing so I don’t have any reason to hunker down in the house other than I want to. 😎
02/23/2019 at 12:20 pm #2062411We had about an inch of snow overnight. Stopped around 7:30. Nothing since then.

02/23/2019 at 1:44 pm #2062412Rain. Sleet. Snow this morning. Shoveled the wintery aggregate off the side walk; now waiting for round 2 overnight.

Sad to say but we only have one more week before heading home. Any chance it will be looking more like spring than winter by then???Oconto...the birthplace of western civilization:)
