Days of school left.
I was just thinking about how many days you had left. With all of the snow days, when will the last day end up being?
May 31. Our school board is adamant about not going into June. We actually have 6.5 more days in our schedule than we are required to have. We only had to add 1.5 days and we are starting the day 15 minutes early from Easter until the end of the year.
That works out well then. I see last day of school here as June 7th with a possible June 10th make up day. Poor kids . . .
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

I always try to be happy no matter what, but your help is certainly appreciated.ย There was one day last month where I was the only one who posted for the day, and I had the chance to be FTP the next day as well.ย I was so amused by that.

05/08/2019 at 10:38 am #2063257I was FTP a long time ago. I don’t remember what my prize was but I’m sure it must have been substantial. ๐

It was huge! I’m sure of it!

05/08/2019 at 10:30 pm #2063263Forgot to post my number this morning. It was 17. We were supposed to have a school track meet today, but the PE teacher scratched it due to impending weather. I took my class outside for an early recess before the rain started, knowing that they might not get outside again for the rest of the week.

You could plan two events, an hour or so apart. Maybe flash mobs.

05/09/2019 at 10:12 pm #2063274Gotta watch out for event stacking there.

Well, the events would be 40 miles apart…
