And to reply to T&B about the lonely/missing? cache…it’s only 7 miles from my house. I’d adopt it if that were an option. I guess I could just wait for it to archive and place one nice and close to home.

Copperfest weekend in Oconto…still the birthplace of western civilization. The city is celebrating its sesquicentennial this year but its strange that the fireworks have been cancelled. The reason given is that there’s no safe place to hold it…so all those places it’s been held in the past are no longer viable???

When I ran for Assembly, I got most of my signatures at Copperfest. Really great interacting with people there that had never met someone running for public office and getting them interested in things.
