I could have written this a few months ago. When I moved, I thought I packed mine in a logical place, but when I went to get it, hmm, where could it be? It was missing for about 9 months. I seriously considered buying another one, and just when I was about cave and go out and get one, then I found it. Where? In a bag of fabric tucked in a shoebox. Seriously, what was I thinking?! I figure it’s going to show up some weird spot like that, though I’ve already checked some like that. I even called Poohs Pal (he hasn’t been here this week) to see if he remembered seeing it around. I just double-checked the places he remembers. Sigh. That one I borrowed from Ty this morning was way nicer…..I’m sure he’d be happy to sell me one!

I’ll be in attendance at the Green Bay Bullfrogs game tonight at their new stadium in Ashwaubenon. I know that doesn’t sound right, thanks to some city officials who have since been ousted from office or voluntarily not run. With that, I’ll give someone else the opportunity to get a FTP on a new page before the day is up.

Do you mean the Booyah?  Or did they still keep the Bullfrogs and also add the Booyah team?

The lost is found!  I was folding laundry and there was this pile of sheets on the dresser that I never bothered to fold earlier.  Picked it up and voila!  I’d actually looked under them once but hadn’t pulled the entire sheet off the dresser.

I kind of like that fun Snark with the color tuning display, though.  Oh well!

Glad you found it so quickly.  Mine is a Korg.  Nothing fancy.  I Googled Snark and saw they are not that expensive.  I paid 3 or 4 times that amount for mine 6 years ago.  Of course, no matter how inexpensive, why buy a new one when the one you have still works?  That’s kind of my mindset.

Birdin’, funny you should mention dulcimers. I was playing hide-n-seek with my sister’s will the other day … I clearly did not have a good grasp on her filing system … and I discovered a dulcimer in her house. I did not know that she played dulcimer, and neither did either of my other siblings.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

They’re the Booyah now, I still call them the Bullfrogs.  Fun fact, one of my early cache finds was a multi called Jeremiah Was A Bullfrog, which was by the ballpark the Bullfrogs were playing at during those years.

FTP for the 50th anniversary of the moon walk!

Full Moon was the 16th of this week too. CBS Morning news has a very good tribute to the moon walk and the history of Houston.

Scary straight-line winds here last night…lost power for 3 hours but, except for some branches down, it looks like we survived it okay. Hope all is well in the outside world.

Sheltered in a store breakroom as storm approaches.  Ugh.  Bad weather is ugly reality.

You’d better stay in the breakroom, Deb. It looks like there’ll be another round rolling through this afternoon 🙁

I lost power yesterday afternoon, and it came back on this morning an hour ago.  Now it’s back to my normal life and to charge my phone.

We stopped at Home Depot in Appleton to get a few small items and noticed this looooong line of people with empty carts. I asked a line member what the line was for. He said, “Generators!” Seems they had a truckload arriving soon. I guess we didn’t realize that it was that bad north of the Fox Cities!
