At the end of next July, I will be dusting off that Saint Louis pocket query I have. I just booked my train for a round trip for my annual Where’s George gathering that I like to attend.

Went to an estate sale this morning. There were some 1950’s era Boy Scout patches that I wanted for my collection. The sale began at 9:00. I got there at 9:15 and the patch box was picked clean.

It looks like the NL Central Division comes down to today. If the Cardinals win or the Brewers lose, the Cardinals win the division. If the Brewers win and the Cardinals lose, that forces a tie breaker game between the two to determine the division champ. We’ll see what’s in the cards today.

That’s something I wasn’t aware of. Any reasonable Brewers fan should have been rooting for the Cubs considering the playoff implecations that late in the season.
