11/06/2019 at 9:21 am #2064527Only took 1:25 for my :40 drive this morning.
The best sig is no sig.
11/06/2019 at 9:29 am #2064528Of course, if we can get to page 1106 by tomorrow, we can post on the date page again. And if we can use up a page a day, we can keep it up until the end of the month.
That would be ambitious these days, but we did it again today, page 1106 on 11-06!
11/06/2019 at 9:43 am #2064530Hoping travel conditions improve by the time I need to drive. Ironically, it was still dry when I would normally start my day. Lots of treacherous travel last winter. 😓
11/06/2019 at 2:21 pm #2064535I’ll continue with this discussion. It looks like the falling craphas has let up in Green Bay with no plans to return for at least a couple days. The temps are gonna be low enough with the craphas that has already fallen is here to stay for the foreseeable future.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

11/07/2019 at 6:42 am #2064541I’ll add to that! Dusting of snow overnight, but mostly snow-free from Ashland to Duluth. The deer are in their crazy-time. I’m seeing bowhunters out and about and of course the deer too.

11/07/2019 at 6:44 am #2064542BTW – Enjoy the GIFF weekend. Wandering Tracks has an event in Ironwood which doesn’t make the list of WGA events. It’s this Sunday.

11/07/2019 at 7:29 am #2064543Got to meet the new Wisconsin Herd team last night. Sat next to DJ Hogg from Texas A&M.
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

11/07/2019 at 7:43 am #2064544My neighbor shot a nice 9 pointer on Monday. He was combining corn and saw it in the marsh grass next to the field. He snuck into the grass and within 5 minutes, the deer was in range. After the shot, he combined for another 4 hours before tracking the deer. He didn’t go far! He told me that this ones big brother is still on the loose.
GO HERD!!
