FTP on page 1118 on 11/18!
11/18/2019 at 11:25 am #2064748In case the word hasn’t spread – there is a new set of Challenge Caches out “Up North.” 97 so far and 130 on the horizon. Everyday there are a few more published. Reviewer Johnny Waypoint has been kept VERY BUSY! and is doing an awesome job. The location will be along the Tri-County Corridor (former railroad grade so the terrain is gentle, but lots of T4-5’s with TOTTSs) of Ashland, Bayfield, and Douglas Counties from the cities of Ashland to Superior. The 130 caches are now strung out from Superior to Maple and again 97 are published to date with more on the way. It’s an exciting adventure to be a part of, whether you are a finder or a hider!
WOW! Those look pretty great! Bonus that it runs along a rail trail right through Amnicon SP. Looks like an overnight bike trip is in order. Linda am I correct that climbing sticks and a telescoping retrieval tool are in order? (Kind of hard to tote a ladder on my bike)

11/18/2019 at 12:01 pm #2064749Carpe diem is trending! 2 weeks in the top spot. Posting on page 1118 on 11/18 🙂
11/18/2019 at 12:18 pm #2064750Fourteen geocachers created the the new Tri County Corridor challenge cache series. FYI for you pathtaggers out there, three of them – Lostcheq, Mocrin, and Aix sponsa – produced a joint pathtag (#46046). It’s not related to the challenge cache series, but it’s kind of neat to have a pathtag that was made by the three of them.
11/18/2019 at 2:23 pm #2064751I still have hundreds of premade cache containers for when I was trying to complete a massive drop of caches along the OC&E Trail in Oregon. If anyone ever needs some, and is in the area, the TB University has plenty “standard micro sized” ones, but I have things available from “piss off cachers because it’s so small micros” up to and including cooler sized large available if you give me a heads up.
The best sig is no sig.
11/18/2019 at 2:54 pm #2064752Wow lostcheq! Way to go! I’ll trade you a pathtag though 🙂
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

I’ll take some off your hands next time I’m in the area. What area are you in? Better yet, what’s the nearest GC #?
11/18/2019 at 8:12 pm #2064757Posting on 11/18 0n 1118.
11/18/2019 at 10:55 pm #2064758Been a busy day. Kind of late, but what the heck. I’m in on page 1118 on 11/18.

11/19/2019 at 8:08 am #2064764Just noticed this paradox…it is possible to have a double post by some accident of the submit button, yet you can’t deliberately make an identical post, even months later. Is this just a Thread Stealers anomaly, like the wormhole?
11/19/2019 at 8:59 am #2064765We WILL make it for
