No deer this morning. Only saw one little spike buck. Hopefully this afternoon will be better.

No better luck this afternoon. My son has nicknamed the albino spike buck that inhabits our woods. He calls it Aegon. I think it’s a Game of Thrones thing.

We’ve got a long way to go and a short time to get there…we’re Carpe Diem bound!

I finally spotted the Starlink 2 satellites this morning, a steady line of bright dots passing directly overhead for about 10 min. Have been foiled for about a week and was afraid they would be getting too high and faint to see. Now if its alright with the cat I can start to sleep later, … like that’s going to happen. 😀

Now I need to see them. You should’ve hollered when they were going by, maybe I would’ve heard you!

                    My son saw them, too.

Keep posting so we can seize the day!

I did not see a lot of people with deer in tow this weekend . . .

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

I have a lot of little things to accomplish today.  I will have to check in later to see if we have crested the next page.
