Yes, there are several apps, some free. Some :ftp:

01/06/2020 at 1:20 pm #2065360The internet is a strange place.Ā There was a discussion taking place on the WGA facebook page about getting people to take on a board position.Ā I know I had added my two cents in there somewhere, but even expanding all the comments in that thread, mine seems to have vanished.Ā I know I said a couple things here as well and maybe I overlooked them, but the facebook comment disappearance kind of underscores why social media isn’t always the way to go.

I experienced the same thing! zuma posted some comments that seem to have disappeared as well or it says it isn’t available. š

Could it be as simple as if you are logged in or not?Ā I am not on Facebook, but I am able to see anything that is considered public if I have web address or link.Ā But if I try to view comments regarding something, another screen pops up asking me to log in.Ā So maybe if you aren’t logged in, you can’t see the comments?Ā And that is the extent of my expertise on the matter.Ā š
01/06/2020 at 4:39 pm #2065364I saw the info on the early ice shoves on the east shore of Lake Winnebago, so I detoured down to the lake to see. Yup! There is a 25 foot pile of ice at GZ for my Shaginappi Park series Final! Disabled until April…most likely!

Nope, that’s not it.

01/06/2020 at 7:03 pm #2065366It looks like a fun puzzle but it doesnāt appear that the answer is a set of coordinates but rather a point on the map. Is that really a geocache.
Using that point on the map, you can get coordinates. Thatās what I did.
What map app. do you use to get such info. Google maps show an easily identifiable spot which I believe I could locate on the ground and may go to if and when I visit Home Depot at some time in the future.
I used the Wood County GIS system to locate the spot, but I didn’t try converting to GPS coords. I figured it would be easy enough to find from the sattelite viewĀ of the GIS system.

I know at least with posts made by pages that at least on mobile there are now dropdowns that you can select “Most Recent”, “All Comments”, and “Most Relevant”.
Granted all that to say is social media is made to show you what it thinks you want to see and blast you with that while not showing you everything else.

01/07/2020 at 7:58 am #2065369We’re supposed to get cold tomorrow then rising again on Thursday. I’ll take a day of cold. I swear, I saw a mosquito with a jacket on last week š

01/07/2020 at 11:28 am #2065372I had ‘all comments’ chosen as well.Ā Facebook is just weird that way.Ā I don’t know if the Wayback Machine would work to “restore” those comments or not.Ā Haven’t tried.Ā Have to go help tear apart floors or cabinets or something soon, so it’s not a big priority right now.
01/07/2020 at 4:32 pm #2065377A new Starlink launch has taken place but it doesn’t appear that they will be visible in this area until the 15th.
