The best sig is no sig.
02/27/2020 at 3:31 pm #2065993Getting in on the double double-digits page, with nothing to say other than, on my way to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation.
02/27/2020 at 3:43 pm #2065994And now Iām jealousā¦in three years here we havenāt seen a single armadillo! No rattlesnakes eitherā¦which is a good thing.
We were so thrilled to spend a good amount of time watching it at close range.Ā Then we were hiking up a hill between some rifle pits and there were two more.Ā They remind me a little of weird short-eared rabbits.Ā Kind of.Ā Still….a roadrunner.Ā Sigh.

Me too! Corpus had frost last night…not on the island though. One of my friends in Oconto said a couple of robins were spotted yesterday. Spring canāt be far behind…better be! I sold my ice auger and ice fishing equipment before leaving…invested it in surf fishing gear š

for February 28th . . .I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

02/28/2020 at 7:03 am #2065998Should be a good day to XC Ski at ABR in Ironwood today, ONLY after it WARMS Up! Holy single digits!
Iād Rather Be Lost Geocaching, Than Found At Home!
02/28/2020 at 8:36 am #2065999I would’ve sworn I drove past a roadkill coyote this morning along 21 between Coloma and Adams. Chasing that roadrunner and lost?

02/29/2020 at 10:09 am #2066003I’ve got a leap day find but not sure if I ever had a leap day post, so here it is!Ā By the way, I always rooted for the coyote.Ā Perpetually disappointed.Ā š
02/29/2020 at 4:55 pm #2066004Got my Leap Day event and a Leap Day FTF today.

02/29/2020 at 5:23 pm #2066005We visited the LBJ National Historic Park…found several ammo boxes for the souvenir. I thought the national parks didn’t allow physical caches but they were all placed by the NPS. This was a great experience…LBJ would have been one of our greatest Presidents if he hadn’t escalated the Viet Nam War. Had dinner at the Pecan Street Brewery…another great experience š
