01/08/2021 at 4:12 pm #2067532It’s January 8th, I visited the spot where I used to have a cache called Allouez Elvis.

01/08/2021 at 5:26 pm #2067533Anyone notice that the number of caches in Wisconsin has been going down? Archives are outnumbering new caches. Last time I looked there was just under 28,982. Today there is 28,611
And after another round of archives, there are now 28,588 caches in the state.
Today’s search (8/23/2020) shows 28,589
I should probably date these things. Today, 12/1/2020 the number of active caches in Wisconsin is down to 28,338
As of today (12/15/2020) there are 28,229 caches in the state of Wisconsin. That’s down 109 in two weeks.
We only lost a net of 5 caches in the past 3 weeks. Down to 28,224 as of 1/8/2021.

01/10/2021 at 2:44 am #2067561Crossing fingers here for the final test for a second annoying bug in the forums.
First the thread count and certain paginations are now fixed and are not at crazy hi numbers.
Second hopefully now the most recent post and links in emails bring you to the page of the post. Crossing toes now too!

Yes!! Now, Jim, if they can only restore your very first post on page 1. My response seems silly without it. ☺

Forgot about that issue. Just looked into it to see if I could potentially find it but I didn’t see it in the loose ends of the website forest. Sadly I will have to say its gone. Would hate to ruin our various current counts that are out there though.

01/13/2021 at 2:51 pm #2067625I am loving all the BOD election questions and responses. How fun to read several threads and comments from multiple cachers! And saving the FTP for the next lucky respondent…
