Wow, a rare FTP for me. I would have gladly trade it for a Packers victory.

Betty is away for work for a couple days. So far the dogs are adjusting well. They only woke me up once during the night.

01/25/2021 at 3:42 pm #2067736Enjoying a series of palindrome pages. Not enjoying trying to accesss an automated phone system that doesn’t recognize the rural address system. 😠

01/28/2021 at 7:04 am #206775812821 FTP Happy Anniversary to my “heavenly parents’. After returning from WWII, my North China Marine Corp Father was married to my beautician Mother. They honeymooned in Oshkosh because of a winter storm. Then settled back to the family farm at South Byron township, south of Fond du Lac. So if you find any caches at “Hobbs Woods” you are caching at the Hobbs Brother’s (Edgar and Orrie) adjacent farms where I lived in my early years. Stay Warm out there.

This morning I thought we had a new BOD candidate answering questions. Turns out it was a new BOT member.

01/29/2021 at 7:44 am #206776912921 it’s a good one. Looking forward to a small (4) group of us gathering for and outside “masked and social distanced” curbside kind of potluck dinner tonight. I’m making lasagna, another is bringing salad, and another the garlic bread. The wine flows at 4:30 pm and then the dinner gets distributed out of the garage and we go home with the meal. This will be the 4th outdoor type of socializing to date since Thanksgiving. It works well as long as there isn’t a wind off Chequamegon Bay. Its 5 degrees now and it will be a high of 22. Balmy!

01/30/2021 at 6:56 am #206777413021 nope – no palindrome just the usual FTP for Saturday Badger Women’s Volleyball at 11 am on the Beg Ten Network this morning. Although they played Illinois yesterday, it’s broadcast here today. Unfortunately I know at least one of the match scores and the outcome. But it’s still worth watching.
