Here’s a funny thought. You know those Magic Eye puzzles, where you look at the psychedlic image crosseyed until the numbers pop out in 3D? I used to be able to do that, but I think as my vision changed with age, I lost that talent. We were just looking at one and said….”Maybe Pooh’s Pal can help us! He knows numbers now!”

Never good at these pictures.
02/08/2015 at 12:46 pm #2035296Last day to vote for WGA BOD members. If you haven’t voted already, do so now because right before the stroke of midnight tonight, your unused ballot will turn into a pumpkin.
02/08/2015 at 1:15 pm #2035297I loaded a new browser so we’ll see how this goes. The drop-down menu was there, yay! I still had to use the F5 trick to get it to recognize my logged-in status. I am also glad to have “open in new tab” back–at some point years ago, that feature disappeared, and I have had to “open in new window” since. Silly little thing, I know, but anything to make navigation easier! 🙂
02/08/2015 at 2:36 pm #2035298Not that one, Becca, but another one in the Madison area. I’ve tried several of that ilk in my caching career.
We cast our vote the other day. Good reminder.
My brother just sent me a photo of my son, his girlfriend and his daughter, with my niece, her husband and their little boy. The two grown up cousins spent a lot of time together as kids, being just two months apart in age, but I don’t think they’ve seen one another since her wedding. Made my day.
02/08/2015 at 2:38 pm #2035299And I myself just had a great time with a birder friend who was in the area overnight. Originally we’d planned to go skiing but it’s just that damp, melting cold. So we had brunch, then did a little birding at Granddad’s Bluff and down at the riverside. Seems like a weekend for reconnections for my family.
02/08/2015 at 2:46 pm #2035300Back home from Menomonee Falls. Great birthday celebration! We played Settlers of Catan for the first time last evening. What a fun, fun game. Although, I did not win either game.

02/08/2015 at 3:37 pm #2035307Just heard from my mom….my son and his daughter (and girlfriend) had just left. So she finally got to meet Great Grandma and Great Grandpa. Makes me happy to know.
02/08/2015 at 3:41 pm #2035308Super, Birdin’! Sorry, LN…
I just made two valentine jigsaw puzzles for the drivelers, to be revealed later in the week. 😈
