    East Sandland craphas report.

3+” of pretty dense craphas on a fairly slick base.
It’s not quite cold enough to dress real warm but too windy not to.

It will be cold enough soon Jim.  Give it a few hours

Just got the 2″ of central Sandland craphas cleaned up.  It looked like there was more out there, but everywhere I stuck in the yardstick, it read two inches.  It was heavier than that last batch, though.  The wind was out there, as I got blasted a few times in the face when blowing in a particular direction.  We wanted to get everything cleared off before the temps dropped and the winds picked up.  Birds are fed, recycling is ready to go out to the alley for tomorrow’s pick-up, we’re inside warming up now.

Haven’t gone caching in two weeks now.  I’ll live.

No new snow here, but windy today.

Only 15 finds this month after 300+ in January.

    We’ll live with that too!

Only an inch here at the bottom of the “Valley”.  I have found 8 caches for this month.  I have 9 more calendar days to fill February and then only four more to fill the rest of my calendar.  Last one will be July 1st.

We had maybe less than an inch. It was kind of weird snow, like tiny “ice snowballs.”  Sunny here now but quite cold and windy.  Even too biting for me to take advantage of the new snow on my skis.  Wimp!

We actually had a good amount of craphas up here….like 3-4 inches.  I was surprised.  Vacuuming up Asian beetles today.  Seriously….how do they get in my house anyway?

Seriously they are born with a complete set of house keys.

My son got to try out our brand new health insurance tonight.  He needed 8 stitches.  Now that it’s all over he’s quite cheerful.

Ouch!  Glad the kiddo seems to be OK, Becca.

Remember when everyone would lurk, waiting to pounce?

          #2035487

Yep, like Asian lady beetles they would crawl out of the woodwork when it was time for the :ftp:
