I couldn’t make the WGA picnic, so today I went to Harrington Beach State Park to attempt some caching.  I’ve been there before, but the park didn’t seem familiar.  So many new hides!  Given the air quality alert and other considerations, I was only able to do one section of the park.  More for another day!

We got a lot done at the CITO but, with old metal, there’s still a bit more left. Found some 8-foot diameter silo bands and rolls of barbed wire yet to be removed in another area. It was a productive 90 minutes!

I personally do not know the status of the LCG other than they are working on things as they have the time to do so.  The board is always looking for volunteers to help support various things, including the LCG.  If you would like to help, or find out more information, I would suggest reaching out to them by email at [email protected]
