Another FTP … I did not get!
Do you have the pan in the fridge? I never check the temp, just the thickness.
Yes, it’s been in there except while stirring. Pan is still warm.
SUCCESS! It’s a Pie! Got thick and gloppy, just like you said, just took a bit longer. Now you need to try the 5 layer pie, on a snowy day, when you have lots of time.

Wooo-hooo! I just got back from my first post-op appointment with my doctor…the hip is great…walker is history (Sorry, Chris)…can finally get out of the house as long as I’m careful and can start some of my normal routine as long as I don’t overdo it. It’s going to be a GREAT Thanksgiving:) Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

From 1 hipster to another that is great news!!! Just be careful walking outside in this weather so you don’t slip & damage your hip. Last winter I was sooooo scared & cautious but this year I shoveled our driveway twice without stopping or falling lol.
