Never a good story when I get I hurt.  I tripped on a rock.  My foot stayed behind the rock as the rest of my body continued forward.  I landed on my side pretty hard.  Knocked off my glasses too, but they weren’t broken.  I can only move with considerable effort, so caching isn’t really an option.  My poor left foot just can’t get back to health.  😕

The few times I have fallen, I am always amazed (when thinking back) on how powerful gravity is in that instant.
