Day eight of the cold.  Couldn’t taste any of the fancy meal I prepared yesterday.  Can’t taste anything, so why am I eating anything?

I killed a mosquito yesterday after we walked in shorts and shirts across town to inquire about buying a used lawnmower.

Mouth update: slowly improving even off antibiotics now. No pain but still numbness that is gradually going away. We’ll see what the dentist says tomorrow.

I realized today is the two year anniversary of when I broke my arm going for a p/g in Dodgeville.

It came to me at yoga practice tonight after holding a side balance on that arm.  Still not as strong as the other one.
