Okay. I am done now. I need to get ready for the evening.

After lunch it looked so nice outside that I just had to go out. It was not nice outside, it was 16 deg.

We saw your car staying nice and warm in the garage as we drove by today.

What, out testing your new transmission?

Lots of activity here while we were gone today.

        13 finds and 6 dnfs.

Most of the dnfs were caches that had not been found for 6 months or more so we didn’t spend much time on them.

Bought 2 pounds of cheese at a cheese factory in Mayville for $6. Bought 1.5 pounds of fudge at Trails End Candy Shoppe for $12. We each brought half of our humongous breakfasts from Sherwood Family Restaurant in Mayville home for tomorrow.

Marie, Did you do the cache (can’t remember if it’s a virtual or not) that the doorman takes you to the top of some tall building?  It had a French sounding name with “vue” in it, I think.  People who’ve been there say it’s one of the best caches ever.  “Le Vue Carre” might be the name.

What, out testing your new transmission?

Testing to see if our receiver still worked.  😕  But, yes, we were in the Escape, and the transmission is working fine now.  Had to change the date on the display from August 9, 2013, though.

You know how excited you get when you see that there are thirteen (or more) users online here?  Well, it’s me and twelve bots this time.  *sigh*

Our fun swimming weekend was a bust! Get to the motel….POOL CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE!! There are now 5 very disappointed grandchildren. Luckily, I wasn’t charged for the room. Back home for the night. Looks like a rescheduled pool party for later in March.

That is just terrible Jim!  Did you come up with anything (like ice cream) to make it up to the kids for the day.  I would not be happy, either.

A pizza party with the twins and their parents occured. Hardly the same, but we shared some time together. A good learning experience for the little ones, I guess. Saw a pix on FB of the other 2, at home in their swim suits.

On a brighter note, a TB of ours that was missing for 3 1/2 years was found while the last grabber was unpacking from a move! It will travel once more (if they don’t pack up and move again!).

                    Aw Jim, that stinks!
