Got the opportunity to start a History through Film class this semester. Patriot, Glory, Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and currently Birth of a Nation.

What kind of yoga are you an assistant for…hatha, bikram, vinyasa…other? Many types?

Mr. S taught eighth grade history, and he showed “Glory” to all of his classes every year from when it came out to when he retired. It was a sanitized version sent out to schools that didn’t have as much of the blood or the swearing, but sill very powerful.

We just got from a day of some pretty invigorating hiking in the Kickapoo Reserve. I’ll be feeling it later tonight but it was so nice to be out.

Oh, and we may just have placed a cache on our way there. 😉
