no caching today
Sadly same here, despite temps in the 70s.
Placed a ? one before running to town and getting seeds, soil, etc. to start planting. Yes, people are already tilling gardens around here.
Our daughter planted tomato, pepper, pea and an assortment of other seeds that we wouldn’t be thinking of planting in WI yet.
Took a walk through town to the park. Big Springs sure earns its name! There are gushers of water coming up out of the ground. Dozens of springs! What really stuck me is the flow of the water. There is an island between the main river channel and most of the springs. At one point, there is a small, old dam. At the dam, the water flows west. At the other end of the island, the water flows east to get to the main channel. So, if you are on the island, the water flows in two different directions, but not because the main channel is split.
As I was checking this out, I got a notice that my ? cache was published. The cool thing was that I was standing exactly where WP1 is for the puzzle as it was published. Too bad it was my own cache! I’ve been within .2 miles of a cache as it is published, anyone ever been closer than that to one they didn’t know about ahead of time?
The best sig is no sig.
03/07/2015 at 6:18 pm #2036861It would have been a little bone jarring trying to rototill here today. Lots of snow did melt today though.

03/07/2015 at 7:43 pm #2036863Guess not….I got sent through the wormhole, though!
No caching for us, either…except for placing that one.
03/07/2015 at 7:49 pm #2036864My eyes are still fine driving at night but the constant worry aboutabout hitting deerdeer isn’t that fun. I’ve already had some jump in front of me. Am I home yet?!?!

03/07/2015 at 7:57 pm #2036865It is easier to drive if you are not posting drivel while doing it.
03/07/2015 at 8:23 pm #2036866I got sent through the wormhole, though!
I just went through the wormhole, too! I was reading past drivel and went from page 189 to page 190… by way of page 1. I wonder if it has something to do with Daylight Saving time and springing ahead. Or maybe it’s because Mr. Spock died.
03/07/2015 at 8:24 pm #2036868FOUR IS THE NEW FTP!
03/07/2015 at 9:05 pm #2036869We’ve sprung ahead; it’s time for bed.

I as sitting at home one day when a ? cache published just 80 feet from my house. It turns out that some local cacher had seen me outside my house and thought that it would be funny to make the dummy coords be my house.

03/07/2015 at 9:27 pm #2036871Did you get the FTF on that one becca? 🙂
03/07/2015 at 9:43 pm #2036872I was FTF today on an Unpublished cache! I signed the STF line, since I was asked to remove my container for a new series placement. Just followed the footprints to the hide spot. One more warm day and there won’t be any potholes in the snow to follow!
