            I bought an elastic elbow bandage at senior day at Shopko today for $7. Walgreens wanted $15. Tore my biceps muscle. Arm is all black and blue, but doesn’t  hurt that much.

                  I forgot what RICE means. Rest  & ice? I’m taking it easy at work. Trying not to lift more than a couple of pounds. Not too busy yet and I’m only working until 12:30 this year.

                          Took a leisurely walk this evening while Mr. S was at a meeting.  Ended up at Shopko to purchase a few things on Senior Day.
