Do you want to have fun?  Ask a hardware store employee, “Which screws do you think will conduct electricity the best?”.  They think you are a bit loco.  I am building the project in the video for my annual geo 101 field day next friday.

I think I’d go with aluminum, unless you can afford gold screws.

Arghhh! My internet went to hell yesterday…had been acting suspicious for a while. Centurylink sent me a new modem and it crashed. A tech showed up this morning and found out the new modem was faulty…and he made things good again:) How did I ever survive in the days before the internet????

Aluminum works the best.  You still have to add a bit of moisture to your fingers to help complete the circuit.  Initial construction is complete.  It is ready for paint.

Now, I have time for orchestra rummage sale pricing until they are done getting educated today.  Another fun day off.
