I am building this one for fun.  It most likely will never be placed.   If I placed it, it would most likely be destroyed/stolen in days. Or it would be too hard to keep up on the constant maintenance, it would most likely need.

Every spring I try to create something fun for the kids to find at school.  This year I have 65 kids.  Last year we did the PVC pipe with a floater cache.  A couple kids got really wet, so that one will not be repeated.  The year before that was ziploc freezer bags wrapped in duct tape with leaves hot glued to them and placed flat on the ground.  I have a bunch of fun cache containers that stay with me.  I have tried to place them over the past few years, but as the Hacks explained a few days ago getting caches approved in Milwaukee Parks isn’t that easy.

I’ve actually done two of that cache.  Lobsters9494 has one in Saukville and I found one in Colorado Springs.

Thought of Birdin’ today as I came across a Great Horned Owl’s nest on the east side of Lake Winnebago. She didn’t fly too far away, and kept her eyes on me until I was out of sight!
